1. General

The websites alfahost.eu and cp.alfahost.eu (client panel), together the “Service”, are operated by Tomasz Wiśniewski. Contact: [email protected].

AlfaHost is operated by Tomasz Wiśniewski as an unregistered activity in Poland (działalność nierejestrowana).

These terms govern use of the website, current hosting offers and client panel. The Service presents current services and provides access to the panel to place an order.

2. Offers, prices and availability

The Service presents current hosting offers. An availability label applies to the relevant offer; availability of a particular configuration should be checked when placing an order.

A price marked ‘from’ refers to the lowest-priced available configuration in that category. Before placing an order, check the selected configuration, total price, currency, billing period and order terms in the client panel. Changes to website prices do not automatically change previously agreed order terms.

3. Orders and enquiries

Purchase buttons for services lead to cp.alfahost.eu, where orders are placed. Opening the panel does not itself place an order or make a payment. Review the terms for the selected service before confirming an order.

For dedicated servers, the ‘Contact us’ button leads to the contact page. Configuration, availability, price and service terms must be agreed individually before ordering.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the Service lawfully and must not undermine its security, impersonate others or submit unlawful content.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlfaHost is not liable for downtime caused by force majeure, maintenance or third-party acts. These terms do not limit mandatory statutory consumer rights.

6. Intellectual property

Branding, content and layout are protected. Copying without permission is prohibited except as allowed by law.

7. Governing law

Use of the Service is governed by Polish law and applicable European Union law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is published on the Service.
